I was given a note to sign for my refusal to do a job in a temp. Control environment (freezer section) when I was told to go home again. That night had nothing to do with my suspension from work, so I was sent home wrong for the second time. Being a temp. Worker, I spent ca 2 full mo. Working in a freezer with out an insentive pay for that condition. (only perm. Employees of OHL are entitled to that???) When I contacted a HR rep., she knew nothing about it, apologizing to me for not having a right answer for my questions & referred to my direct supervisor. Meanwhile, I got sick & went out for 4 days. After I came back with medical papers, they stop giving me assignments for working in the cold area. I kept asking for clarification, the HR person promised me to get the contacts for my issue, nothing came as a result. Please, if you can, I would like to get an independent rep. To look into this issue & possible to approach the temp. Rep. For instruction. You can expect to be treated like that & perform at the same time according to their standards as they always point out to that.
