Applebee's was like sitting in a deep freezer tonight on monday 12-06-10 at 6:30 P.M. Location is 19823 Northwest Freeway Mgr is Keisha.
It is freezing outside and then have to walk into a dinning area that is also 60 degrees is pretty bad. Ms. Keisha was ask on several times to turn off ac. She pretend to do so, but never did. She told me that it was cold because that is how she likes it when running around working. Keisha told employers different story, that she did not know there was a second temp control.
Summer, fall, spring and winter, always freezing in applebees at this location.
And it stinks like cigs. Ms. Keisha is a bad host, therefore a bad manager. Everyone was complaining it was cold. Get her out and set the control at a right temp and leave it there.
