I baught a used van from them, there was a couple of things i asked them to fix for me, they said ok, they did fix the bald tire with a miss match tire, they did fix the mirror ok, but the brakes were still shaking the whole truck when they were applied, i told the salesman, he said bring it back he will fix it, two days later the salesman called and said the van is ready, he said they put new wheel drums on, when i got the van it was still shaking, i called back and asked him if he test drove it after they fixed it he said no so i brought it back for the third time, he test drove it with me in it with him. He noticed the shaking and took it back again, he called back and said everything was ok know. When i got the van back it was shaking worse than the first time, i called them back and asked to talk with the mang. I tild him how i having this problem, he told me he will take care of everything, i gave him the van back. 8 days later i got the van back with 4 new tires and thats it, the mang. Said it still shakes and my service dpt. Is sick of van, now the van is all over the road. With new tires and no wheel alinement or wheel ballance its very differcult to drive this is a 1997 i paid 13,000.00 for. Help. Thanks pudgie
