I went to Toyota of Orlando and bought a 2006 4Runner they were so nice! When I was buying the vehicle. They told me they have an excellent service, they even put their customers reports around the walls at the dealership. When I took the vehicle the front end end was vibrating at any speed also the vehicle was out of alignment.
I brought back the vehicle to the dealership and they gave me an appoiment for the following week. I went that they they service advisor told me it was going to take about two hours, I signed the repair order were he put the time when the vehicle was going to be ready. After 3 hours I asked the guy were was my vehicle he started telling me everything that they wer fixing on my car; finally He brought the car the floor mats were dirty I drove the car for 2 miles and started shaking again and the steering wheel was out of center.
So next week I called the service dep. They told me bring the car to test drive the vehicle with thier professional shop foremam so I did after couple miles the technician noticed that it was vibrating again. We took the car back to the service drive I told them that if it was possible to get a rental car while they were fixing my car and the answer was no. Then I asked the Service Manager and before I said any word he said again no. Finally I went to the sales Department nobody was willing to help me out.
When I was ready to leave I recieved a call from the dealer ship asking how was my experience with TOYOTA, I told him I was in th Dealeship and I went to talk to him again I explained everything to him and his answer was "I can not do anything but if you want I can talk to the big guys". I decided to leave after 2 hours without any positive answer so I got in my vehicle and the finance told me: "let me see what I can do to help you out, because I don't want you to run your mouth around."
I am still receiving calls asking me how was experience with Toyota but vehicle has not been fixed.
