Tire Kingdom mounted the tires on my husband's car full of water. When we drove away the car was violently shaking. We took the car to Merchants to check if they balanced the tires. They said yes and that the problem was the cross member being bent. $1022 later after all Merchants recommendations to fix the shaking, the car still shook. It did not shake when we brought it in. We took it to Costco who said the tires would not balance and took them off to find the tires full of water. How stupid can the people at Tire Kingdom/Merchants be?
When I called Merchants headquarters to tell them what happened and report the incident they had the manager of the local store call to tell me he would only give us back the money for the mounting and nothing more. Not all the money we put into the repairs they said we needed, not the money it cost to fix their mistake!
They put my husbands life in danger and out of a car for 2 weeks. They should pay. Don't ever go to Merchants EVER!
