This car buyer lets this deceptive car dealer Talk her into a lease. Boniface's F&I manager submits the lease contract to the bank for an approval. I bet this bad car dealer tried to sell the car to the leasing company for 110 % of the window sticker. The next day the bank rejects the deal.
It is reported that this deceptive rip-off car dealer decides not to contact the car buyer, Ms. McDowell to inform her of the bank's decision of the rejection and the F&I department makes a decision to forge the buyer's signature and re-submit a second contract as a purchase.
This upsets us here at usacomplaints.com that there are so many deceptive car dealers. We plan to expose those who use deceptive sales practices.
