I have tried to be patient. My 3 packages were our for delivery 12/22/08. UPS apparently couldn't get here due to the snow. Fair enough. The last press release I read said UPS would be caught up by Friday. Just which Friday did they mean? Here it is Friday, January 2 and I do not have my shipment. I run two business from this location. The one utilizes USPS, UPS and FedX. The other company is almost exclusively UPS. Why can't UPS catch up as everyone else has. It really is frustrating. I don't know where to go (sounds like I would be wasting my time from other complaints) since I live just outside Portland, OR. And of course, there is no telephone number I could even call.
