I have been waiting 12 days for delivery of Christmas gifts. I paid for 2nd day air from UPS. The last 2 days their site shows packages out for delivery but I never receive them. Their customer service has told me there is no way of determining where the packages are and that I should be patient. The were not helpful and quite frankly very rude. They admitted that their tracking system does not reflect the actual physical location of the parcel and that they are not responsible for getting them to me at any particular time. I recommend USPS, where the customer service is professional and delivery is a priority. UPS is a sinking ship unless they pay more attention to their customer's concerns.
