Three packages out for delivery December 22 still undelivered, no phone number

Cars & Transport pjc97009 0

I have tried to be patient. My 3 packages were our for delivery 12/22/08. UPS apparently couldn't get here due to the snow. Fair enough. The last press release I read said UPS would be caught up by Friday. Just which Friday did they mean? Here it is Friday, January 2 and I do not have my shipment. ...

They were set to deliver 12/22 when the storm hit. Now, 9 days later, still no packages and no one at UPS can help ...
