3 weeks after getting a suv from this deceptive, lying, incompentant company the transmission went out on it at my daughter's school. When I called the dealer, the owner asked well what do you want me to do with it and I told them to come pick it up and fix it. After going back and forth with them they sent someone out, mind you it was over 90 degrees outside and they also did not provide us with any means of getting home, nor were provided with a loner to even get back and forth to work even though they still wanted a car payment when it became due. Our sales person told us that we would not have any problems to just call her. She never got anything fixed, it was just a band-aid till the next payment then something else went wrong. We made all of our payments on time and we would still have to call them to cut our suv back on. It was just one headache after another. When we went to pick up the suv Drive Away Auto wanted us to pay 1500.00 for the transmission even though they were the ones that neglected to put the transmission fluid in as per the owner we did a "32 point inspection" DRIVE AWAY AUTO HAS NO INTREGITY! We put liability insurance on the suv and they said they wanted full coverage and they would give us a week to do so. Needless to say they came by 2 days later and picked up the suv! DRIVE AWAY AUTO HAS NO ETHICS, NO CHARACTER AND ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. I would never reccomend anyone to this company. So many people have gotten in contact with us saying they went through the same thing even the guy that came to pick up the suv said they just rip people off and they needed to be reported and shut down. All of the people delt with Theresa and they all said she just lied to take their money and then they wind up loosing their auto anyway. The repo guy said he has picked up 9 cars that still had dealer tags on it. They just don't care.
