They provided a cost for seats from poor to jfk. After I attempted to complete my purchase, I had been informed to get hold of the flight immediately. The flight had several chairs available however the cost was 20% more. They explained to contact orbitz to obtain the cost provided on orbitz.com. After an hour or so about the telephone, they explained they couldn't supply the things they were providing and that I was essentially SOL.
I simply wished to purchase the things they were marketing.
