Complaint / review text:
An international flight I booked with Orbitz was cancelled, my husband and I were left high and dry. Orbitz sent us an email confirming the cancellation of our flight. I can't get a refund because Orbitz International can't confirm the cancellation of this flight. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then transferred to Orbitz International. I was on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes and then told they can't confirm the flight's cancellation and to try again tomorrow. Even when I get through it will take 45 days to see my refund. How does this company stay in business? Expedia I'm sorry I will never stray again.
