I've utilized Orbitz to guide plane seats in US, and had no concerns or issues. Nevertheless, on my current international go Cozumel wasn't smooth-as in state travel agreement. DON'T use Orbitz to set up taxi companies or other things!!! Orbitz don't examine the businesses they promote or checklist on the site, and Orbitz don't assure their providers!!! We're able to have now been stuck in a dangerous nation since the taxi company didn't choose us up, so when we attempted to get hold of Grayline taxi company - no body answer the telephone!!! The grayline shuttle service was nowhere found!!! Whenever we returned in US, I've approached the Orbitz customer service, plus they basically explained they CAn't reimbursement the taxi service, Orbitz don't have process to record any complaints, and not able to solve any client's complaints. Two diverse customer support brokers along with a CS boss attempted to contact the taxi service at Cozumel, plus they couldn't achieve them both. Orbitz client service boss explained that she may do is e-mail the Grayline taxi company, and he or she hang-up the telephone!!! Don't use orbitz for overseas journey!!!
