I purchased a car from the boulavard carlot in virginia beach virginia. The car had a dent in the bumper, they agreed to give me $300 back to repair damage. After a week i called, and Greg said they forgot, then he called 30 minutes later and said they just dropped it in the mail another week went by still nothing then i couldnt get in contact with him everyone at the carlot kept giving me a different excuse why he wasnt there. Finally after 3 weeks i drove over an hour away and they were shocked when i came through door and i finally got my refund. My 30 day tags expired on the oct. 28 it is now nov. 5 i called and they said "oh we forgot to send them" they agreed they would mail them to me it is now 8 days later and they call and tell me they dont feel comfortable mailing them to me. Who doesn't mail tags? Now i have to drive over an hour away with expired tags. I have never seen anyone conduct such bad business in my life and i strongly regret ever dealing with them im reporting them because i dont wanna see anyone else go through what i went through, and am still going through for that matter!!!
