Auto Zone Parts Store Denied refund with receipt and they kept the parts

I purchased parts from Auto Zone. We didn't need two of the parts purchased so I returned them. The items were still in the original plastic, never been open and in the original box. The jerk that was doing the return must have inspected each part looking through the unopened plastic for 20 minutes. The parts were examined with a fine tooth comb even tho they had never been out of the sealed plastic; a real jerk.

THe female came out to do the cashiering for the refund. However, the way things were entered she was unable to give me a cash refund for the cash I spent and was unable process a credit to my credit card for the credit card purchase. They were two different transactions and two different receipts. The clueless man and the store manager (Greg) messed up the process so bad I was unable to get my cash refund or credit card credit.

When I left the store I had been ripped off they kept the returned parts because they had put them back into their inventor, they kept my cash refund and credit to my credit card because their register was jammed and would not allow them to continue the process. So I had to contact my credit card company to address this return but I am still out of my cash.

They lack people skills and don't know how to work in the public sector.
