Auto parts supplier ripoff refused to give credit for returned goods

May ordered parts from Autopartsgiant.com. Parts sent were incorrect. I asked for return authorization so I could send these parts back.

Was given run around for 7 months and then told parts would not be credited as they were "used" (lie) and I waited too long to return them.

I have a stack of documents (including pictures of the parts) to proove my side, bot as they are not in my state, it is impossible to pursue this further.
