I entered into an agreement for d&m auto, home and marine repair contractors to fix my automobile. I gave him cash to purchase several parts that he said he needed to make those repais. He purchased said parts at napa auto parts and used my cash to purchase them. He then returned those same parts and received cash back for them, saying that the customer (me) refused them. He never did the repairs or returned my money. He led me to believe that the repairs had been done.
During the course of the repair, he phoned me and said that there was another problem that was contributing to my problems with my car. I ordered other parts through armstrong ford of homestead, florida which i had purchased using my credit card. He picked up those parts several days later when they arrived and again never installed those parts, leaving my automobile with the same problems that i originally had. He never returned the parts to me and has either has them now or sold them wholesale.
Those latter parts were 311 dollars and the first seveal parts was 240 dollars. He them charged me 765 dollars for the repair work. Originally he was supposed to re pai r two water hoses, water pump gaskets, thermostat thermostat housing inner and outer tyrods and u pper ball joints for both sides of the car. The other arts were upper intake manifold water resiviour cap gaskets and other misc. Items.
