Iberia dropped my baggage flying in BOTH directions. Up to now I'm NEVERTHELESS lost baggage many times following the trip. The baggage includes diabetic medicines, collection, apparel etc. Iberia doesn't have NY workplace - whenever you contact you receive Italy and individuals who speak little Language. They're very uncooperative. Additionally they express to become compensated any charge for that trouble/reduction you have to deliver them among other activities a duplicate of the passport. Coping with them is certainly going no-where.
