Lost luggage and put on stand by

I've never noticed or experienced the worse customer support in my own living with Iberia. We flew from La to Ohio with American Airlines and from Ohio we were to travel to Madrid and from Madrid to Algeria with Iberia. We were touring in a household of 4 so when we got to Madrid they informed us among our seats were placed on life and only 3 people might continue the airplane. They stated they overbooked plus they anticipated among us to remain behind. Being in the US and anticipating among us to remain by ourselves within an different, international nation is undesirable. Our kids and my spouse and that I were all yelling and crying plus they were unsympathetic. Whenever we informed them we were all heading together or never they offered our chairs to others. They created us proceed stand-in an extremely long-line for customer support after being about the airplane for 12 hours. They delivered us to a different long-line method over the airport to keep in touch with a boss. They ultimately set us up in a resort for that evening and booked us a trip for that following day but we'd to have a connecting trip in the place of heading primary like we'd reserved. We finally got to Algeria. We'd 6 bits of baggage plus they werent there whenever we came. To date we've been acquiring one-piece of baggage each day and we've been returning and forth towards the airport losing our holiday period. Whenever we return to the united states we're likely to sue Iberia for destroying our holiday.
