Did alter order for sweetheart, he is also billed $50.00 for change charged to his Alaska Air charge card. AAir Reservationist asks if he requires a conformation email or published notice delivered to his house address, he informs her "NO", does not require any confirmations. 2 nights later he gets verification email displaying his title, concerns quantity, evening & period of fresh trip and $50.00 AA bank card cost. Next point along is my title, my concerns quantity, evening & period of fresh trip & another $50.00 AA charge card cost for me that we had previously taken care of. I contact Alaska Airlines to discover if silly reservationist shipped verification to his house additionally, was advised yes. Following day, telephone bands, it is his yelling spouse who exposed his sent verification & today is aware of me. We visit airport on planned evening, he's capable to panel, but I was informed that "I" had terminated my reservation just 4 hours earlier-NOT! Last trip out & all seats obtained. I remain, he travels house to manage livid spouse. I reschedule 2 nights later, visit panel but can't-appears "I" terminated my solution this time around-NO WAY! I get admission reissued & new trip out another 2 nights later; this time around I place spoken stop on my reservation to avoid anymore modifications-surely got to ultimately panel & travel home.in regards to a week later I contact Alaska Airlines to discover what had occurred since I'd not completed any last-minute cancellations & why did they expenses 2x for my change order they advised me I'd set new email address on my acct. & was doing alterations in this way&later discovered email address was included from the spouse. Spouse claims she really wants to focus on their relationship; yes correct, she gets a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against him, he is never handled her & no report whatsoever. After she gets this, at she sets him up & subsequently calls authorities stating he broke Restraining Order because she discovered weapons he didn't submit, Guns aren't his but he gets billed with 7 felonies; just before this he'd NO REPORT! She employs these prison prices & his charge plus her fresh Restraining Order against him in divorce & has his accts freezing, takes his company he possessed just before relationship & gets control of his individual & neighborhood property. He's eliminated from riches to towels and today has nothing & cannot actually manage a lawyer—all since Alaska Airlines screwed-up our change requests & charged my change (a second period) in mistake to his consideration & subsequently did not pay attention to his demand NOT TO DELIVER him updates of his transformed reservation!
