Bill Rapp Scammers

I purchased a used vehicle from Bill Rapp Superstore on Burnett Ave in Syracuse in November. The day after I purchased the car I took it back because of brake noise. Since then it has broken down numerous times and each time I have had a problem with them fixing it.
Because my credit is poor, I had to use the guaranteed credit acceptance finance company and purchase an extended warranty which has not helped me out like their contract states. When I went to Bill Rapp, I was looking at a Chevy Malibu that was listed for $6,500. Bill Rapp told me that the finance company told them I could only have one of 3 cars on their lot. One being an older Yukon, one being a Geo Tracker (which was conveniently sold that same day) and one being a Dodge Intrepid. Being naive and vulnerable because I really needed a better vehicle since mine was going to cost too much to repair to pass inspection, I went with the Dodge Intrepid. A few months later I found out from the bank that I was not inclined to purchase any of those vehicles. I could have purchased the vehicle I wanted.
The day after I purchased the car, I heard metal on metal. I took it back to them and they "fixed" the problem. 2 weeks later I heard the same noise and took it back. They informed me that Intrepids are known for their brake noise and that it was only brake dust. 2 months after purchasing the car my brake light came on. I checked the fluids and found that the brake lines were leaking because they were rusted out.in New York, there is a warranty dealers have to provide for 30 60 or 90 days on used cars. I had the sixty day warranty. Because my brake lines conveniently started leaking a week after the warranty expired, Bill Rapp refused to pay for the repairs which was going to cost over $500 and was not covered under my extended warranty. I threatened them with going public to the local news company that does consumer reports on local companies and they finally agreed to fix the problem because their staff indicated to me that they had noticed the brake lines were corroded on my last visit while it was still under warranty.
Needless to say, about 1 month later I am driving down the road and my exhaust got loud. Checked it out and there was a hole in it. Of course they would not cover the cost to repair it. A month later and my water pump went. Got it fixed with the help of the extended warranty and the very next day after getting my car returned my exhaust fell off (rusted right through).
Not even one month later my timing chain went. Yet again it was in the shop. Not once during any of these problems where my car that they sold me left me stranded did they even offer me a loaner. When I asked about getting a loaner, even during the warranty period, they informed me that they do not provide loaners unless the car is in the shop for more than 2 days. So not only did they sell me a lemon, they also left me stranded and relying on the kindness of others to get to and from work while my car was in the shop.
I will never purchase a car from them and I have informed anyone I know of the problems I have had with this car dealer. All together, I have had to sink over $4000 in parts and labor into a vehicle which should have been reconditioned before the purchase. I have only had the vehicle for 10 months and cannot continue to keep making payments on the car because I have to continuously sink more money into it. The only reason I bought this car was because my previous car was making me go broke with all the repairs.
Thanks alot Bill Rapp!
