On Sunday, December 28 I reached Orlando Airport Terminal promptly to check on-set for my 8:39 AM trip to Philadelphia. I had been subsequently informed that I had been overdue to check on-into the trip whilst the trip was rescheduled to 8:05 AM. I advised the supervisor in the admission table that I never obtained the e-mail and that I examine my mail everyday. She subsequently started to claim and increase her speech in my experience.

Though, the trip wasn't complete she'd not supply established chairs or support for Airtran Airways error. The Supervisor set us on life for that next trip which left Orlando Worldwide at 11:45 AM and might get to Philadelphia at 2: July PM (Flight 624).

To my dismay, it has been a frustrating encounter with Airtran Airways when I travel together with your flight frequently. I travel a number of other airlines so when there's a schedule change-they contact and guarantee they talk to me and verify I understand there's a big change within the trip timetable. Your team was impolite and unaccommodating for Airtran Airways error. I'd to hold back within the airport for one more 3 hours and was today billed an additional evening of parking within the quantity of $8.25.
