We sumitted a claim on May 30. I gave the Eagle Warranty Corporation two months to reimburse me. So by the time mid-July rolls around and there's still "no check in the mail, " I decide to shoot them an email. No response. Several days go by so I call their "800" number. They transfer me to accounting. No one picks up. I try again another day. They transfer me again to accounting and I get a voice mail stating that if I leave my name, number and authorization number, they will return my call. No response. I call again, and again and again. I have called 7 times and have sent 3 emails. Oh, about a month ago, I did speak to a human being who told me there was some delay with the checks, but mine would be processed in a week. Right on! No check. I have never interacted with a company that is so awful with customer service. If I could talk to the president of the company rather than some rude peon on the customer service ladder I would give him a piece of my mind. This company needs to have some lawyers knock on their doors. This is beyond ridiculous!
