On May 1st I've got authorization# from them and the shop completed the repair.
On May 26 i faxed the paperwork to them through the Fax number provided on their website to expedite the payment, as it says.
After two weeks i decided to call them for the status of my claim. Somehow I got lucky after many calls and messages Tamara picked up the phone and she could not answer right away. She promised she would call back but she never did. Then I e-mailed to their claim department and Shawn e-mailed back. He said he was not the right person for this matter and provided Ph# of the accounting.
Until today, July 08 I keep calling to the accounting every day, no one responds so I am leaving messages, sending them e-mails, no answer.
So I still don't know what the status of my claim is and when I am going to get paid.
I guess all the reports I have found that Eagle Warranty is a rip-off company are not accidental. That is why i will be looking for a way to start a legal action against them
