Mine is the same old story with this company. I bought my truck and was given an Eagle Warranty as part of the deal. Shortly after buying it the alternator went out. I took it to an accredited repair shop and they went through the proper procedure of contacting Eagle and getting the Authorization number before doing the repair in accordance with the service contract. Eagle only agreed to pay a portion of the repair even though the shops prices were not all the high. I sucked it up and and paid for the whole repair and was to be reimbursed within 15 days. The shop faxed the invoice with all the requested information to Eagle. After the 15 day period I contacted Eagle and was told they were running behind and the reimbursement was scheduld to be mailed the following week. No check came and repeated phones calls to Eagle have been met with, I am not at my desk, please leave your name and number and I will get back to you. Needless to say that none of the phone calls have been returned. What needs to be done to shut down an obviously corrupt company?
