Having done a few claims in the past, I know Eagle Warranty's payment process can be slow. But this is ridiculous, I have been waiting for 9 weeks and counting for my payment.
I followed their procedure by tearing down the transmission. Faxed them a repair estimate. They gave me a conformation # and agreed to pay $1050.00, leaving the customer to pay the balance. 5/21/09, the job is done, customer pays me what they are suppose to, signs the invoice and I immediatly faxed it to Eagle. After 2 week I call to check on my claim and they said they never received my fax! So I faxed them again, 2 more week go by and no check.
Chad gave me the authorization number, so I called him, he just passes me to Holly who just happens to be on vacation that week. I sent a email to eveyone on Eagle Warrantys website. I did get on responce from Anastasia. I was told that my claim was processed on 6/19/09 and set up for payment. She apologized for the inconvenience as the accounting department is being restructured and I should be receiving my check shorlty. 4 weeks since that lovely email and I still have no payment.
