I just recently traded my car in for a 2003 Tahoe. I also purchased an extended warranty from The Eagle Warranty Corporation. Well after a couple of weeks I was having trouble with my brakes. I took it to my local mechanic. Eagle Warranty's employees were rude to him over the phone and myself as well. Finally, we got the repair work approved and I paid the mechanic as agreed. While waiting for my reimbursment from Eagle, which was supposed to be sent out in twenty business days, tried to make a call to them to make sure they had received my claim. It took two weeks to find out. This was in November. I have left many messages for them to call me back, because I should have gotten my check before christmas. Still no returned call and when I try to call them all I get is a message saying, "Eagle Warranty is closed for business at this time." Now figuring on the holidays I gave them two weeks and tried to call again today Jan. 4. Still closed. I want my money. It is hard to explain to a 3 and 1 yr old why they did not get as much for CHRISTmas because the people who helps with the car won't do what they say. I even left a message threatening to call the better business bearu. And, whoever Holly is at Eagle Warranty, she does not check her messages or return calls. If anyone has another way to contact them please let me know. That $3oo some odd dollars will really help out right now.
