I purchased a 1997 Rav 4x4 from this place. I purchased the extended warranty and paid cash! Less than 1MONTH later, my brakes were making a noise. I took it to the mechanic and he said the rear brakes were worn and needed to be replaced!
I took the car back to the dealer and they said that if it had happened within the first 2 weeks they could do something but not after 3 weeks. I told him about the extended warranty and he said it did not cover wear and tear... How much wear and tear can I put on a car in 3 weeks???!!! I was incensed.
Don NOT buy a USED car from these people and do not deal with their Finance guy... He will tell you anything to get you too sign up for additional coverage that is not worth the paper it is written on...
Horrible company, horrible experience. They suck
