I purchased the extended warranty from Warranty Activation HQ, Inc. For about 1290.00. My drive axle broke my 2002 Honda Accord, I called the Warranty people they told me I had rental, towing, and cost of repair coverage. So I had the car towed to the Honda dealer for repair. After the evaluation the honda dealer called the warranty people they refused the claim. They only wanted to pay for just the drive axle and not repair the other parts that were required for the repair of the drive axle assembly. This has been over two weeks ago I haven't seen a rental car or even towing bill paid yet. I had to pay the honda evaluation fee and the towing to and from the Honda dealer. I had to pay for the repairs myself at another Body shop due to the extended time frame the car was damaged on the front fender. They sent a adjuster out and told my wife the drive axle broke because of wear and tear and they then denied the whole claim.
