I went to Just Brakes after the dealer wanted to charge 195 dollars for a front brake job. (new pads and turn rotors). I took my 03 Sunfire with 35,000 miles on it to just brakes for the 99 dollar deal. After the inspection they wanted to do 640.00 dollars worth of work. Saying that the whole rear end brake system needed to be replaced, along with the front. I agreed. Then I came home and my wife found this site and I read all of the bad things about just brakes. I then called the serviceman that inspected my car at the dealer, and he told me that nothing was wrong with the rear brakes and that they wouldn't need replaced for about another 100,000 miles. The dealer also informed me that Just Brakes uses the cheapest pads that cause excessive wear and tear on the brake system to get you to come back and spend more money. Lesson learned. Trust the dealer.
