I was involved in a car accident on july 14th and it is now july 16th. I have been calling my Geico Representative since 9am the next morning and have yet to a return call. The recording says what I need to know can be found on their website, but it is not.
I want to speak to someone personally. My car was totaled and I do not know what to do. I do not know if an adjuster has to look at the car or how or when I can get my 2008 BMW replaced. I have called her supervisor, and the 4 supervisors and no one is "at their desk, or on another call." I am disgusted by this lack of customer service and everyone should know. Some things are not worth saving money on.
