I ordered on 2/6/09 a rear bumper and driver's side taillight assembly. Was told they had them in stock. Were supposed to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. When I called on Thursday to ask if they had shipped, was told yes. After a week and still no parts, called and was told the parts were damaged when they were being loaded. Told they were getting them from a sister yard in N.C... After being assured that they would arrived within 10-14 days and still no parts I called and was asked to leave a message. Did, no callback for 3 days. When I then called again, Carlos replied that I wouldn't be able to get them due to yet another "accident" during loading. I asked for a refund. Had paid by debit card, was told they no longer had access to a credit card machine. But the letter they sent me asked for me to get the bank to do a "chargeback". When I told them that was illegal, they said a check would be sent. This rocked on for 3 months. I then out of the blue received a letter form the "NEKO Enterprises Inc. Company assuring me of a check. Well it's July 16th now, and the phone and website are both defunct. I was taken!!
