Hi guys,
I had geico for past 7 year. I involved in accident recently. And my car is really damage.
I called geico for reporting. But then after three days guys came to my house and pickup my car and put on dealer shop to fix it.
You know adjuster look at my car first. And they get estimatation.
But adjuster didn't show up to 11 days. So upto 14 days nothing to happen to my car. It look like after accident.
Then repair shop took 35 days. I got my car after 2 month. Can you belive??? It's geico. I have to pay my rental after 30 days because i have only 30 days rental policy. But look negetive side. It geico fault...
And they increase my premium. Doesn't look like they (Geico) robe to custmer..
When you fight with geico its rediculous to call everyone in office from receptionist to manager. Some time they don;t answer. Adjuster change like Gas (oil) price.
I changed my insurance. Don;t buy geico insurance. Please...
