This same a*hole ripped some friends of mine on a engine rebuild for a VW buggy. Same exact story, oil leaks, mismatched crappy parts looked like they came from the vw bone yard. When they confronted him he goes balliastic and accuses them of trying to rip him off, etc. Chuck's a real tool and a head case, definitely has some mental problems. I think he originally from the L.A. Area and from what I heard moved down to San Diego to ditch town for screwing people over there too.
Don't know for sure but I think he's married and from what I heard his wife doesn't have a clue about his past, he probably lies to her and his friends too, it seems to come natural for him.
Don't know what name he used in Los Angeles but he changed it to Bugtech when he hit SD. Did a search on him and I see he's got a new name: CYracing. You can probably guess what caused that name change. Chucks a real jerk and thinks he this awesome mechanic but he doesn't know sh*t about cars, especially vw's.
