Don't send your Porsche to Motormeister. These guys are the biggest rip off I've ever seen. I took my 912 Porsche to them in 2009 and their "$6,000" motor rebuild they talk about is a fraud. They take your money, then tell you there's more service needed (thousands of dollars) after they pull the engine and keep the car for 90 days. They know that hiring an attorney is expensive, especially for the monied owed on the repair, plus they had my car! What are you going to do? Ask for your down payment back and your car with your motor in pieces?
Now get this, not only does the engine still not run right since then, but the paint job they did is flaking and chipping. I heard they moved their address to Downey (12217 Woodruff Avenue Downey, California 90241). Oh, and wait until you take the car back to them 90 days after it starts going out on you. Good luck getting any help or service from them. One last thing, they won't tell you where they get the parts to rebuild your engine. I took my Porsche to a licensed Porsche mechanic in Van Nuys and he said the parts look like "chop shop" parts.
If you have a Porsche, don't take it to these guys. They will rip you off, keep your car until you pay them, then stick you with an engine that doesn't work right.
