I bought a 1998 Sienna from these guys in February and had a mechanic friend check it out. My friend said there was a problem with the engine and told me to bring it back right away. Two door handles also broke the first day I had it. They checked out the car and sent one of their mechanics to "pretend" and look at the engine. The mechanic told me my friend was wrong about everything and doesn't know what he was talking about, even though my friend fixes up and sells cars for a living.
They refused to take the car back even if I paid for mileage. I was told by the "supervisor" that they would take the car back if I found a problem with it but they did not honor that. The stupid salesperson was yelling at me for bringing the car back!
I just had to pay $400 because the driver's side window stopped working. Today I brought the car in for an oil change and was told my back tires needed to be replaced and I had oil leaking in the engine and needed a new gasket (another $400).
The problem is, the mechanic today told me the engine definitely had oil leaking way before I bought the car and the dealer should have known about the oil problem.
One of my friends was also ripped off by them recently. DO NOT go there to buy a car or for service! They will rip you off too.
