I have tried for over 6 months to make my payment s to this group called Ascention Capital, handling Capital One bankrupcy accounts. I finally gave up and sent an email telling them to just come and pick up the car. I quit trying to do what is right. I have no loan coupons so i can only call them too make a payment-I leave a message and they call back maybe in 1 or 2 days. They leave a message telling me to call them back, I am done. They can have the car. I am 64 years old. I have always had good credit till I lost my job and fell on hard times.
This company is a nightmare. No one should have to go through through this just to make car payments.
