Rip off steals systems from cars dirty SOB's

On April 24, I dropped my car off at 7 pm at pep boys and i went inside to tell them why i needed service for and they told me i had to leave the car there over night when they specifically told me that it would be serviced that night. I told the guy should I park the car near the garage and he answered No, because he was going to bring the car right in. So i left him the keys and told him that i had a system in the car and to bring the car in as quickly as possible. So I leave the car overnight and the next day i pick up the car at pepboys and I connect my Cd player and i realized that there was no bass coming from my trunk and I get out of my car and open my trunk and my subwoofers were gone and i realized that the wires were stripped and that my amp was blown and the only way to get in my trunk is to use the key because i have a trunk lock on my car to prevent the subwoofers from being stolen. When i went to the manager of the store he basically told me that he has nothing to do with it, so then i asked him to come outside so i could show him what my trunk looked like and he saw that my trunk was a mess because whoever stole my system had trashed my trunk. So he then tells me that he was going to talk to the mechanics that closed that night and to come back monday, but i told him that i was going to call the cops and he said to bring the receipts of what was stolen but he only wanted to pay for the subs not the box which the subs were held in and he refused to pay for the amp and the speakers in the back seats which were taken apart, then the cops came and they filed a police report and the cops told the manager that i would be able to take him to civil court because he already admitted that his store was responsible for the subs and the officer said that if his store is responsible for the subs his store is also responisble for the amp and the speakers because they were vandalised at the same time as the subs and the manager said he is not responsible because i have no proof that some one from the store stole my property. The officer told me to take him to court because pepboys in general have a bad reputation and the officer further emphasized that people he knew also had bad experiences with pep boys all over Long Island and the officer explained that if the manager admitted responsibility to the subs being stolen that he had no way of not being responsible for the amp and the back speakers.
