I purchased a 2000 Ford Taurus in my name froma a local dealer in my area and I was finaced throght this Company Credit Acceptance. Little did I know that my Nightmare was just beginning.
I purchased this vehicvle back in September with my first payment to begin on October 9th. I bought this car fir my stepdaughter and made an agreemnet with her the if she paid half we would pay half well to make a long story short we were late on the first payment we were going to make it late and before we could make the payment they came and reposessed the vehicle on the 23rd of october. 16 days late and they came and got the vehicle, give me a break! What lien holder does this. Usually you have to be 2 to 3 months late before any lein holder wikl get the vehicle back. Not this company. They do not care about the individula they care about money
When I tried to redeem my vehicle Credit Acceptance could not tell me where the vehicle was being kept nor could they tell me if I paid the money to have it returned, that it would be back in a timely manner etc..
This comapny is Clearly a Credit Vulchure and thoise who have been ripped off by them I feel your pain
I am asking everyone on here If your are as sick of this company as I am wirte the Attroney General's Office of Michigan. Flood his office with comlaints and demand that thi9s company be investigated and shut down before this keeps happening to good peaople like us
