I have been trying to find out how to report all the problems that my daughter has had with her Neon since she got it about 3 yrs. Ago. She has had to have the head gasket done on it. She has had to have the air cond unit replaced. She has had to replace the head light switch 2 times and the switch is going out again, this will make the 3rd time for a head light switch. She has had to put struts on it front and back now the condencer on the air cond is out. Ever since she had the head gasket changed she has had to put oil in it 2 or 3 times a month. She has put rotors on the front twice. She has put a tie rod on the left front she had to put a new fuel pump on it. She had to put brake shoes on it a week after she bought it.
There is just to much to list that she has had to put into this car no one should ever have to put that much money into a car they have bought from a car lot in the short time that she has had this car. She bought the car from finches in Grinnell Iowa. They sold her a policy on the car that was suspose to cover repairs but it didn't. She had to pay for them herself. I would just like to know how to report things like this. I would like to know how to get in touch with the manufacter about these problems
