I purchased the Thermagasket product in January to address a blown head gasket. We followed the winter weather directions and the product seemed to work. Two months later, the overheating returned. We thought we'd use the second half of the product, that maybe it didn't work as well with the winter time application. It seemed to work again for about two months. The sales people assured me that their produce would seal the leak and that the seal would never fail. They said, if the head gasket went again, it would be in a different spot. Well it failed again. Our mechanic replaced the blown head gasket and said the product was gooped up just under the bad part of the gasket.
When RX Auto claims their product fixes leaks "indefinitely" they are clearly lying, otherwise their warranty wouldn't be for only 90 days. I won't get my money back, but I can spare you the wasted cash. This is a VERY expensive jug of snake oil and a sneaky company. You'd be better off throwing your hundred bucks in the wind.
