I've had several repairs completed under guarantee plus they were compensated straight the restoration company. Nowadays, they're informing me to pay for the fix and they'll pay me. After I requested to get a written acceptance for agreement, they declined to provide it in my experience. I questioned who'll and just how do I have the agreement?
