In September of 1999, plaintiff entered into an agreement with James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKS Supersport Restoration-Collision to restore his 1953 Cadillac. Plaintiff has made payments for the entire amount requested of $44,350. Hannah agreed to complete the restoration by 3/01.
Plaintiff's repeated demands for the work to be completed have not been met. Hannah has not let plaintiff see his car and Hannah will not accept or return plaintiff's phone calls.
Plaintiff is fearful his vehicle assets may be concealed, moved out of state, or sold to an innocent purchaser.
Case went to arbitration 3/10/03.
Case outcome is pending.
James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May. The license became inactive 5/31 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
