Several years ago (date unknown), plaintiffs son entered into an agreement with James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision to restore his 1969 Camaro. Plaintiffs son paid Hannah $5,000. From 1994 to 1997 Hannah would not return the vehicle. Hannah threw plaintiffs son off of his property several times and refused to return the vehicle or the $5,000. Plaintiffs son finally lost all hope of ever seeing his vehicle or money again, so the plaintiffs pursued the case.
On 1/10, the case went to arbitration. Hannah was ordered to pay the plaintiffs $2,500. To this day the plaintiffs have not received any money from Hannah.
On 3/05, the case went into binding arbitration.
Case outcome is pending.
James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May. The license became inactive 5/31 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
