I bought a Lincoln aviator fresh. I'd a failed beginner 14 days after warranty expired. They explained it was extremely uncommon. It cost me apprx. $450. History Ford in Loveland, CORP was to contact me in 2 times. I named the support supervisor and he was to check on involved with it and might contact me back. No-call, which was a few months before. Used to donot figure he'd contact when I questioned if he'd my telephone number and he explained "no". He never did! I absolutely wouldn't suggest they keep a dealer. I would like to be repaid. Ford WOULD NOT do that! No further fords. What bad support!
