Ford greatly disappointed me by failing to include a $450 starter under my warranty because, after the 5 year period, I missed it by 14 days. Honda replaced an automatic trans. After 7 years-no charge, though it was under no written warranty! I've spread the word around and I'm sure it resulted in significant loss of sales and will continue to be. And to think that I was a ford salesman at one time! Frank
