Ripoff

I have a 99 expedition 2 month ago it had an oil leak. I put it in for repair. They said I had a head gasket leak.

I GAVE THEM MY WARRANTY COMPANY NUMBER (HERITAGE). Tom the repair guy from ford called me the next day and said heritage ok the $1900 fix. THE NEXT DAY TOM SAID I HAD MORE THAN A HEAD gasket leak; the engine needed to be replaced. I always service my car to oil change and tune up. He said there was a dent in the cylinder.

I said ok call heritage about the new problem. Tom later called and said heritage is going to send an inspector out in 3 days. 4 days later tom call. He said heritage will not replace the engine because they said it's a manufacture defect.

SO I CALLED FORD THEY SAID THERE'S NO DEFECT OR RECALL ON MY 99 FORD EXPEDITION. AT THAT POINT I called heritage. They denied my claim and said there's a consumer report about the defect. Its been 2 month now. I finally got a lawyer looking at my case. Cost to fix $5700. They been given me the run around.
