They towed our car 9/23/08 and kept it till 11/08/08. They did not even called us and they did not try to find owner or lien holder. When we found the car which they called us 11/8/08 a lady told me bill is 1650.00. I asked her why then she said police hold on it and hanged up when i wanted to ask more question. I called wrecker service board and wrote a complaint to them. They called wrecker service and called me back and said thats illegal. Same lady called me back right after and said the bill is 750.00 so they took off almost 900.00. Next day i went there to pick up the car she was so mad and told me we are the one that kill American every day she said that because i am from Iran. Finally i had to pay them 750.00 cash which charge was 10 mileage 45.00 towing 200.00 cleaning!!! And 70.00 another charge and rest storage. I am taking them to court for ripping off people and what she said to me. So if you do biz with them just watch out.
