Bristol West is by far the worst company for customer service i have ever experienced. First, it is now 8:50am. There offices open at 8:00am and are still closed. No live person will ever answer or call back. All i realy want to know is my account # so i can pay my bill. This is now day #5 i have been trying to reach this company and still no responce. Good thing all I want to do is pay my bill and i have'nt been in a wreck or something. I thought Allstate was bad.
