I have got rear ended by one the most questionable drivers which was driving a beamer and having this crappy insurance. I've called them reported the claim and two days later still no call back. I have read so many crappy things about this company is why Im glad i have AAA. When I got backed into by one of there drivers everything was taken care of the same week. I would never insure myself with this company if this was the only thing that I could afford. I at least want to make sure if I was at fault the other person got taken care of right away. Wow this sucks for me and The cheap Blank Person that chose this company I also suffer like the rest of this company's REPUTATION!
